The contract price for Adobe Analytics does not include any training hours, but Adobe does offer both in-person and remote trainings for an additional fee, which can be scheduled in advance and fall within the $1000 – $3000 per person price range. Adobe also offers a 24/7 support line, and a free library of short tutorial videos for specific tasks (ex: “Understanding traffic conversion metrics”). These videos are easily digestible at an average of 3–7 minutes long.
